We know you want your items delivered as quickly as possible. Therefore, we ship all in-stock orders on the same or next business day (an order placed in the morning will usually go out the same day), however some items may be on backorder and cause shipping delays. If there is a delay in filling your order, you will be notified by email right away. Please note that business days are Monday - Friday, excluding US Federal Holidays.
To ensure speedy, convenient delivery, most of our shipping is done by US Postal Service Priority Mail with average delivery time of 2 to 3 business days. An occasional heavy item may be shipped by UPS, DHL or FedEx Ground. If you need expedited delivery, we offer USPS Express Mail or UPS Overnight or you can call us at 1-800-656-7115 to make special arrangements.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total cost and weight of your order. Depending on the items in your shopping cart when you check out and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. During checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). (Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method.) Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
